Generate a CSR on your windows machine and submit the CSR to TrustFactory

- Select the CSR generation category from the left menu
- Choose the relevant CSR document that is applicable to you e.g. Generation of CSR for Tomcat and view the instructions within that document
- If not available on our site, your vendor will also have CSR generation instructions which you may follow
Download your certificate
- Navigate to the certificates tab with the self-service portal, where you will be able to click on the download button
